Base Building for Power and Blue Future are launching a 3-week virtual organizing training program in January 2026, building local leadership and capacity in key congressional districts and states.

This organizing training program includes stipends for working class participants.

This 3-week virtual training program includes 30 hours of intensive, hands-on, structured organizing training and practice. We will recruit volunteers in key areas to address the rising cost of living affecting our families, including fighting tariffs, pushing for a national living wage, and stopping health care cuts!

This program opens the door to future volunteer and paid opportunities. Since 2021, our program has trained more than 600 organizers, 75% of whom have gone on to get organizing jobs in labor, community, and volunteer mobilization organizations.

Everyone is welcome to apply. We will be prioritizing applications from people who live in or near the following US congressional districts: AZ-1, AZ-6, CO-8, IA-1, IA-3, MI-7, MI-10, OH-1, OH-9, OH-13, ME-2, MI-4, MI-7, MI-8, NE-2, PA-1, PA-7, PA-8, PA-10, VA-1, VA-2, WA-3, WI-3, as well as anywhere in Georgia and North Carolina.
