Base Building For Power is an international base building training organization dedicated to bringing more people into movements for racial, economic, climate, and reproductive justice. We believe that relational organizing is the most powerful way to build our movements, develop successful campaigns, and win elections. Our trainings draw inspiration and wisdom from the most historically successful labor and community organizations. We offer a wide range of trainings for organizations and individuals. 

Base Building for Power is also a community of organizers that supports each other in the challenging and rewarding work of movement building. Members of our community get free access to 1-1 mentorship, job search support, connections to other organizers, community building events, and ongoing trainings. We believe in sustainable organizing, and that organizing in a supportive community is the best way to minimize burnout.
